Initial Intake

Let’s get started! In this initial meeting, we explore your short- and long-term goals, racing experiences and habits. From there, we individualize specific techniques and strategies, based on your identified needs and goals, to ensure you are ready to compete at your best.

Individual Sessions

Let’s get after it! Individual sessions allow drivers to practice skills and continue to modify and refine mental performance habits. Many drivers find individual sessions extremely helpful outside of the pressure and intensity of a race weekend. These sessions are seamless, consistent and complement Event Support.

Event Support

Bring Head Games coaching to the track! Joel can help support your performance in multiple ways at track events:

  • Event and session goal setting and focus identification
  • Attendance at team meetings and debriefs, including during data analysis
  • Integration with team members including engineers, team managers, strategists and other pertinent team members to optimize performance coaching
  • Live coaching during on-track sessions (pit to driver communication to assist with strategy, racecraft, etc.)
  • Assistance with spotting during on-track activities
